Important guidelines regarding the CSIR
- UGC NET Admit Card for the year 2020 has also been issued by the Agency for
the candidates to follow. When the candidate fulfils the eligibility conditions
and criteria mentioned, the Agency issues the Admit Card to the aspirants only
provisionally. Candidates are required to note that the Admit Cards will not be
sent to them by post therefore the same must be downloaded and printed by them
on time. It has been informed that the candidate is not allowed to mutilate the
Admit Card at any circumstance nor is he/she allowed to make any changes in the
entries on the Admit Card. Apart from this, issue of the Admit Card to the
aspirant will not mean that their eligibility has been accepted however, the
same will be scrutinized and checked at every stage of the entire admission
procedure. It has been suggested that the candidates must get their Admit Cards
downloaded and printed as it is necessary for the aspirant to keep a copy of
their Admit Card in a fairly good condition for future use and reference.
Candidates are required to mandatorily carry their Admit Cards to the
examination venue as failing to do so would result in the candidate not being
allowed to sit for the exam.
The Agency has advised candidates to
regularly visit and stay up to date and in touch with the official website:
csirnet.nta.nic.in for future updates and information regarding the upcoming
examination. However, if the candidate faces any difficulty in availing or
downloading the Admit Cards, he/ she can contact the Helpline Number of NTA:
0120-6895200. Besides, the candidate can also write to the Agency regarding
their difficulties at csirnet@nta.ac.in.
