RRB NTPC Online Application Form
2021
RRB will release the online application
form on their official website at indianrailways.gov.in. Given below are some
guidelines for the candidates to keep in mind while filling the application
form.

Before beginning, the
candidate is required to carefully read the guidelines regarding the
application form.

Candidates are
required to visit indianrailways.gov.in in order to avail and fill the form.
·
The candidate is
needed to complete the registration process and carefully note the details like
registration number and password.

Log in using the
registration details and proceed to fill the application form.
·
The candidate is
required to fill up the application form carefully. - Upload the scanned
photograph, signature, mandatory documents and certificates following the
format mentioned.

Pay the required application
fee amount and submit the application form.

The candidate is
advised to get the application form downloaded and printed for future use and
reference.
Application Fee: Male candidates
belonging to the General and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories are required
to pay an application fee of Rs 500, while all female candidates and male
candidates belonging to the reserved categories like Scheduled Caste (SC),
Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PWD), Ex-Servicemen have to pay
Rs 250 as application fee. The application fee can be paid online following the
modes of payment mentioned.
RRB NTPC Notification 2021
The official notification regarding RRB
NTPC will be available for candidates at the official website of RRB. The
notification gives candidates detailed information about the examination
dates, pattern, syllabus, important dates and more details.
RRB NTPC Exam Date
The examination regarding RRB NTPC for
the year 2020 has been scheduled for the month of December, 2020. The Board this
year is all set to conduct the RRB NTPC exams from 15 December, 2020. The
commencement of exams saw a huge delay this year due to the current coronavirus
pandemic.
RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are suggested to go through
the eligibility criteria in order to confirm their eligibility before
commencing the application process.
Nationality: The candidate must be an
Indian citizen. Citizens from Bhutan, Nepal can also apply, along with
candidates from Tibet given that they have been permanent Indian residents
before 1 January, 1962. Candidates who are of Indian origin and migrated from
Pakistan, Burma, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda,
United Republic of Tanzania are also eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification: Aspiring and
eligible candidates must have completed their class 12th/ Graduation or Post
Graduation in the relevant field from a recognised university or institute.
Age Limit: For under-graduate posts,
the minimum age of candidate must be 18 years while maximum must be 30 years.
For graduate posts, the minimum age of the candidate must be 18 years while the
maximum age criteria must be 33 years. However, the Board has granted a certain
relaxation in upper age to candidates from reserved categories.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
The examination pattern regarding RRB
NTPC consists of a total of six stages including: Computer Based Test (stage
1), Computer Based Test (stage 2), Skill Test (Typing test), Document
Verification, Medical Examination and Final Selection.
Computer Based Test (stage 1): The first
stage of RRB NTPC will be conducted as a Computer Based Test in an online mode.
The first stage consists of 100 questions carrying 100 marks for which
candidates will be given 90 minutes, while candidates belonging to Persons with
Benchmark Disability (PWBD) category will be granted 120 minutes. A negative
marking of 1/3 mark will also be applicable for every wrong attempt. The test
will consist of three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics and General
Intelligence and Reasoning.

Computer Based Test (stage 2): The
second stage will also be a Computer Based Test which will be conducted online.
There will be a total of 120 questions carrying 120 marks for which 90 minutes
will be given to the candidates, and 120 minutes to candidates from Persons
with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) category. A negative marking of 1/3 mark will
be applicable for every wrong answer. The test will include three sections:
General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence and Reasoning.

Skill Test: This will be a typing test
that will be conducted in order to assess the typing skills of candidates
aiming for the posts of Typists and Time Keepers. Candidates are required to
type 30 words in one minute in English and 25 words in one minute in Hindi on a
computer. Candidate has to do the same without the help of any English or
spelling check tools.
Document Verification: This stage
requires candidates to appear along with mandatory and important documents for
verification.
Medical Examination: Candidates are
needed to clear the medical exam and a fitness test which will be conducted by
the Board. The medical test will allow the Board to assess and ensure that the
candidate is medically fit for the position.
RRB NTPC Admit Card/ Call Letter 2021
The admit card and call letter regarding
the RRB NTPC examination will be issued by the Board on their official website.
The call letters will be released by RRB for every stage of the examination
process.

regarding the Admit Card 2021 following which the candidate will be directed to
another page wherein he/she has to select the RRB zone he/she had applied for.

Log in using the
registration number and date of birth in order to avail the admit card.

Next, the candidate
will be directed to a page containing a link for e-Call Letter.

The candidate is then
required to select the Assessment field which will lead to a link for
downloading the Admit Card.

National and International Importance, History of India and Freedom Struggle,
Games and Sports, Art and Culture of India, Indian Literature, Monuments and
Places of India, General Science and Life Science (till CBSE class 10),
Physical, Social and Economic Geography of India and World, Indian Polity and
Governance- constitution and political system, General Scientific and Technological
Developments including Space and Nuclear Program of India, UN and Other

RRB NTPC Cut Off 2021
RRB releases a certain cut off at every
stage of the examination process for aspiring candidates to qualify. Candidates
who achieve or score more than the cut off are deemed as qualified and selected
for the next stage. The cut offs usually change every year and are different

RRB NTPC Result 2021
The Board will release the results of
RRB NTPC on their official website. The candidate is required to visit the
official website to avail it and key in his/ her mandatory details like
registration number, date of birth and password. RRB will release the result

RRB NTPC Preparation Tips &
Tricks
Candidates must have complete and
detailed information regarding the RRB NTPC examination, the pattern of the
examination, the syllabus and important dates. The candidate must prepare
according to the syllabus set by the Board by creating a routine and a proper

RRB NTPC Selection Procedure
The selection procedure regarding RRB
NTPC will consist of the following stages: Computer Based Test (stage 1),
Computer Based Test (stage 2), Skill Test (typing test), Document Verification,
Medical Examination after which the final selection will be made by the Board.
Candidates who successfully clear CBT stage 1 will have to appear for CBT stage
2 after which the candidates will be required to clear a skill test and then a document
verification stage and lastly, a medical examination as well. Finally, the
Board will release a final selection list.
RRB NTPC Previous Year Exam
Analysis
The examination conducted regarding RRB
NTPC includes two Computer Based Tests which range from a difficulty level of
easy to moderate. Most questions asked were easy while some were moderately
difficult in nature. The Skill test is also easy to moderate while the Medical
exam is slightly moderate.
