SBI PO 2021 Apply Online Application Form

The application form will be available online at websites: statebankofindia.com or sbi.co.in. It is advised that the candidates fill the form carefully. The following below are some necessary steps regarding the process.

·         Before beginning, the candidate is advised to check the important rules and guidelines.

·         Visit the website and fill the mandatory details in the registration link and save the registration details for future reference.

·         Next, fill in all the mandatory information in the application form to apply online.

Application Fee: Candidates must mandatorily pay the application fee which stands to be non-refundable at all circumstances. SBI PO 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Candidates within 21 to 30 years of age can apply. However, a certain age relaxation is granted to candidates from reserved category.

Educational Qualification: An eligible candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates appearing in the final semester or year are also eligible. If the candidate gets selected for an interview, he/she must present a pass certificate.


SBI PO 2021 Exam Pattern

The SBI PO Examination pattern consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination and Interview.

Preliminary Exam Pattern: The Prelims Exam will be conducted online and will last for one hour. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded and 0.25 marks will be deducted for an incorrect answer. There are 3 tests: English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The questions will be objective.

Mains Exam Pattern: The Exam will be descriptive and objective. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The objective examination consisting of 4 sections for 200 marks will last for 3 hours. The descriptive examination consisting of two questions for 50 marks will be for 30 minutes.

Descriptive Test: The test will have two questions: Letter Writing and Essay Writing with no negative marking.

Interview: Candidates who clear Prelims and Mains will be shortlisted for a Group Discussion of 20 marks and an Interview carrying 30 marks.

SBI PO 2021 Admit Card

The Admit Card will be uploaded online at SBI’s official website two-three weeks before the exam. Candidates can access their admit cards and get them downloaded and printed. The admit card has to be carried by the candidate on the day of the exam along with identity proof.


SBI PO 2021 Cut-Off

The State Bank of India sets a cut-off at every stage that the candidate must achieve or pass to get selected. However, cut-offs are different for candidates from different categories. The State Bank of India will soon declare the cut-off list of SBI PO 2021.


SBI PO 2021 Result

Results will be declared online at SBI’s official website. The results will be announced on completion of every stage. Those who qualify for Prelims will appear for Mains and candidates who qualify Mains will appear for the interview. The final results will be declared after the interview.


SBI PO 2021 Vacancies

The State Bank of India will release the number of vacancies. The vacancies will be divided among candidates from all categories and spread across various branches in the country. Approximately, SBI will release 2200 vacancies in 2021.

The selection procedure is based on Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination and a Group Discussion, Interview. A candidate on clearing Prelims will appear for Mains. If a candidate gets selected, the next stage is interview and GD after which the final selection will be made.
