SSC MTS 2020
Staff Selection Commission- Multi-Tasking Staff Exam is an exam conducted
by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the recruitment of staff to various
posts in Government Organization. It is administered by Staff Selection
Commission for selecting staff for posts like Peon, Daftary, Junior Gestetner
Operator etc. The examination for SSC MTS is conducted in online and offline
mode, which has initially two stages namely Paper I followed by descriptive
Paper II.
The Paper I exam for SSC MTS will be conducted between August and September
2020 while the Paper II exam will be conducted in November 2020. The online
application form for all the stages of SSC MTS will start from April 2020.

SSC MTS Application Form 2020
The Online Application Form for SSC MTS 2020 will be available in April
2020. It is a three step procedure explained in detail below:
Step 1: Registration – For online registration, candidates must visit the
official website. They can register themselves by clicking on the application form
and filling in basic details such as name along with valid email id and active
mobile number. It will generate a provisionary registration number and
password. The similar will also be sent to the registered mail id.
Step 2: Filling Details and Upload Documents -Candidates are required to fill
in all the requisite details such as academic qualification, family details
etc., upload their photograph, signature, thum impression and documents as per
the specifications.
Step 3: Fee Payment – Candidates must pay the application fee as mentioned
in the online mode such as Debit / Credit Cards, Internet Banking and IMPS.
On successful fulfillment of these steps, an e-receipt for fee payment will
be generated which must be printed along with the application form.
The application fee for general/OBC/EWS category is Rs.100 while that for
female and reserved category the fee is exempted.
SSC MTS 2020 Admit Card
SSC MTS 2020 Admit Card is announced on the official regional websites around
3 weeks before the date of examination. Candidates can easily download their
SSC MTS hall admit card by entering their registration number and id on the
website. Candidates should check and verify all the details and download it.
The admit card will mention the exam schedule, location along with the
candidate’s personal details. Aspirants should carry a valid id proof and admit
card without which they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
SSC MTS 2020 Exam Pattern
The SSC MTS 2020 is both a computer-based examination (CBT) and a pen and
paper examination.
The SSC MTS Paper 1 exam is an objective type test with 100 questions which
need to be attempted in 1 and a half hour by the candidates. Medium of the exam
is English and Hindi.

Paper 2 Exam:
Paper 2 exam is a descriptive type/offline mode of exam in which a short
essay has to be written by the candidates in English or any other language
chosen. Elementary language skills are judged.

SSC MTS 2020 Result
The result of SSC MTS 2020 will be declared separately each in two stages.
Candidates who will score the cut off marks as per their category prescribed by
SSC in paper 1 will appear for paper 2. Candidates can download their scorecard of every stage by entering their login credentials such as registration
number and valid id on the official website.
SSC MTS 2020 Salary: Pay Scale
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will administer a competitive
examination for the recruitment of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) in Pay Band-1 (Rs.
5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs. 1800, (Revised Salary after 7th CPC: Pay Level in
Pay Matrix – Level-1), a General Central Service Group „C‟ Non-Gazetted,
Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government
of India, in various states and Union Territories.
