Spread over a large area of 120 acres CIT, Kokrajhar is a public engineering college established in 2006 by the government of India. The institute is located in the northeastern state of Assam.
The institute follows one motto that is –“learn to serve”, CIT offers degrees in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer science Engineering, Information Technology, Instrumentation Engineering, Civil engineering, Food Engineering and Technology and diploma programs in Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer science, food processing and technology, Control and instrumentation, Construction Technology & Animation and Multimedia Technology. Every year almost 600 students are filled in for quality education.
The institute takes full care of students and provides hostel facilities for the students.
