AIIMS 2020

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)is an undergraduate national level entrance exam and are a group of autonomous medical colleges who grant admissions to students in MBBS programs, who likely to aspire to join the medical field.

The AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam is expected to be conducted in May 2020 while the commencement for online application form will be started tentatively in between November to January 2020.

Candidates who clear the cut-off list i.e. secured the qualifying marks will be further called for counseling of AIIMS MBBS 2020 for the final selection and the allotment of the colleges.

AIIMS 2020 Application Form

Aspirants can access the application form of AIIMS 2020 by visiting the official website of AIIMS Delhi. Apply online and register for the AIIMS MBBS 2020 examination.

·         Click on the tab given for the application process on the website.

·         Fill in the information such as basic details, name, date of birth, academic qualification, mobile number and valid email id given in the form carefully, as no changes will be allowed thereafter for the candidates.

·         After filling the form, upload all the necessary needed documents such as scanned copies of the candidates' photograph, thumb impression and signature which should be accessible, while registering for the test.

·         Candidates can complete the registration process by choosing the exam center and initiating the fee payment which can be done via online mode (VISA/Master/Debit Card and Net banking)or via offline mode (through e-challan of SBI Bank).

·         On successful completion of the process, aspirants must take the print out of the application form along with generated e-receipt.

The application fee for General and OBC category is Rs.1500 while for SC/ST candidates is Rs. 800

AIIMS 2020 Admit Card

The official notification release of AIIMS MBBS 2020 admits cards will be available for the aspirants online. Candidates have to visit the official website to download the AIIMS Admit card. To download the admit card, candidates have to enter their login credentials such as date of birth, roll number etc. The admit card will consist of details such as candidates name, roll number, exam center, exam date, timing etc. Ensure all the details in the admit card are correct. Without the admit card and valid id proof, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Candidates should preserve the admit card till the completion of the admission process, as it will be required at the time of AIIMS MBBS 2020 Counseling for identity verification.

AIIMS 2020 Exam Pattern

AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam is a computer-based test (CBT).

It is an objective type test which consists of 200 questions which need to be completed by candidates in 3.5 hours. Negative marking is done by 0.5 marks for each wrong answer. Medium of exam is English and Hindi.

AIIMS 2020 Result

AIIMS New Delhi will release the results via online mode on their official website. The AIIMS MBBS 2020 results are declared in the form of scores and percentile secured by the candidate. Enter your candidate ID and password to access AIIMS MBBS Results. However, the marks or the percentile scores of an individual applicant are accessible on AIIMS website.

AIIMS 2020 Cut-Off

The cut-off score is the basic score which has to be secured by a candidate to get admission in AIIMS.  As per the AIIMS MBBS 2020 qualifying criteria:

Ø  Cut Off for general category candidates will be 50% while for OBC candidates, it will be 45%.

Ø  The cut off will be resolved based on the percentile as the examination will be held in two shifts.

AIIMS 2020 Counselling

AIIMS MBBS 2020 counseling is the last round of the selection process. AIIMS 2020 Counselling will commence from the first week of July 2020. Merit list will be prepped based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam. Merit list will differ category-wise. Candidates will be selected for counseling on the basis of rank secured in the merit list.
