RRB Group D 2021 Online

RRB Group D will be released by RRB on their official website at
indianrailways.gov.in. It is suggested that the candidates confirm their

Application Fee: The application fee
for the male candidates belonging to the categories: General and Other Backward
Class (OBC) is Rs 500. On the other hand, all the female candidates and male
candidates belonging to the reserved categories: Scheduled Caste (SC),
Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PWD), Ex-Servicemen are required
to pay an amount of Rs 250 as application fee. Candidates can pay the

RRB Group D Exam Date 2020
RRB is all set to conduct the RRB Group
D exams for the year 2020 in the month of December, 2020. The Board is
scheduled to hold the RRB Group S exams from 15 December, 2020 onwards. Conduction

current coronavirus pandemic.
RRB Group D Eligibility
Criteria
Aspirants are advised to go through and
confirm their eligibility to the posts before beginning the application
procedure.
Nationality: Aspiring candidates must
be citizens of India. Citizens from Bhutan, Nepal are also eligible to apply
however, Tibetan candidates who are refugees permanently willing to settle in
India should have entered India before 1 January, 1962. Citizens who are
migrants but have settled in India permanently from Pakistan, Zambia, Burma,
Zaire, Malawi, Uganda, Vietnam, Kenya, Ethiopia can also apply and appear for
the RRB Group D examination.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who
are interested and eligible should have completed class 12th/ Graduation Degree
or Post Graduation Degree in the respective discipline from a recognised
University or Institute.
Age Limit: Candidates are required to
fulfil the age criteria set by the Board in order to be eligible to apply for
various posts. The minimum age criteria for the candidate has been set as 18
years while the maximum age criteria of the candidate have been set as 33
years. The candidate must be between the age group 18 to 33 years of age. The
Board has however, granted certain relaxations in the upper age limit for
candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern
The examination pattern regarding RRB
Group D includes a total of four stages: Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical
Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
Computer Based Test (CBT): The Computer
Based Test happens to be the first stage of RRB Group which will be conducted
by the Board as a computer-based test in an online mode. The first stage which
is the CBT test will include a total number of 100 questions carrying 100
marks. A score of 1 mark will be awarded to the candidate for every correct
answer, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt made by the
candidate. Candidates will be given 90 minutes in total to complete the test.
Candidates belonging to the People with Disability (PWD) category will be granted
120 minutes to complete the test. The Computer Based Test will include the
following sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, Mathematics, General
Science, General Awareness and Current Affairs.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): A
Physical Efficiency Test will also be conducted by the Board which stands to be
mandatory for the candidates. The Physical Efficiency Test will help the Board
to assess and analyse the fitness and the efficiency level in candidates. PET
helps the Board to identify the candidates who would be physically fit for the
various positions announced. Candidates can be called for the PET three times
the total vacancy of the posts announced according to community.

Must be able to lift and carry 35 KG
weight for a total 100 metres distance in 2 minutes time.

Candidate must be able to do so in
just one chance without putting down the 35 KG weight.

Candidate must also be able to run a
total 1000 metres distance in a time span of 4 minutes and 15 seconds in only
one chance.

weight for a total 100 metres distance in 2 minutes time.

Candidate must be able to do so in
just one chance without putting down the 20 KG weight.

Candidate must also be able to run a

Document Verification: The Document
Verification process happens to be a very important stage. Candidates are
required to appear in front of the officials at the verification venue after
they have qualified the CBT and PET. Candidates are required to carry their
mandatory and important documents for the verification procedure.
Medical Examination: The qualified
candidates are required to appear for a Medical Test as well which will be
conducted by the Board and clear the same. The Medical Test will help the Board
to identify and analyse if the candidate is medically fit for the various
positions.
RRB Group D Admit Card/ Call
Letter 2021
The Admit Card/ Call Letter happens to
be mandatory for the candidate to possess. The Admit Card will be issued for
the registered candidates by the RRB on the official website. Once released,

A cut off criteria is released every

RRB Group D Selection

The selection process of candidates
